Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility 

– Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

– Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals. 

– Proof of purchase required. 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

– Opened software or AppleCare+ plans. 

– Products damaged by misuse. 

3. Return Process 

1. Contact us at returns@saveonmacs.ca for a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

2. Securely pack the product with the RA number visible. 

3. Ship to: [Your Return Address]. 

4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

4. Refunds 

– Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. 

– Original payment method credited; 3–5 business days for bank processing. 

– Restocking fee (if applicable): [e.g., 10% for opened boxes]. 

5. Exchanges 

Contact us to exchange for a different model (price differences may apply). 

6. Warranty & Defective Products 

– Defective products are covered under Apple’s 1-year limited warranty. 

– Contact Apple Support directly or us for assistance.
