MacBook was an open box deal. The product is solid and works perfectly. No issues whatsoever but one recommendation is to offer the customer a payable option for expedited shipping should they so desire. My MacBook didn’t take long to arrive (6 days from purchase).

I got a 2021 14 inch MacBook Pro. Product came within a week and was well packaged. There were a few scratches around the body but what threw me off was the battery status at 84%. When I reached out they promptly called me back and explained it’s ok and that I have a 1 year warranty and they asks me to save they number and call back in case I ran into any issues. I took a star away for the two reasons above. Let’s see how it goes over the next year. So far so good and I would buy again.

Bought this MacBook as an open-box item and it looks and works like brand new. No signs of use, everything functions perfectly, and performance is fast and smooth. The display is beautiful, battery life is great, and the build quality feels premium. Excellent value for the price—highly recommend.

Okay, the item did not arrive in time for Christmas, but that's okay. They upgraded my Mac to a better one, and I'm very pleased with it. The item itself wasn't boxed (which I expected), but t was well protected from the elements. And quite frankly, I really did not miss the Apple box. I am very pleased with the Mac I bought, and I will definitely go this route in the future.
